Are unvaccinated Travelers allowed to travel to Iran?

The answer is definitely NO.
To enter Iran, as specified by current regulations, you do need to have a “negative RT-PCR test’’ taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.
In addition, travelers must show proof of Covid vaccination, confirming that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival. Vaccines and doses accepted are: two doses of Pfizer/BioNTech, Oxford/AstraZeneca or one dose of Johnson& Johnson.
